75-20-409. Optional annual installments for location of facility on landowner’s property. A landowner upon whose land a facility is proposed to be located has the option of receiving any negotiated settlement for use of the landowner’s land, if and when the land is used for a facility, by easement, right-of-way, or other legal conveyance in either a lump sum or in not more than five consecutive annual installments.
