75-3-607. Radon control account. (1) There is a radon control account in the state special revenue fund. There must be deposited in the account all money received from any loans, grants, or other funds or gifts, conditional or otherwise, in furtherance of this part that are received from public or private sources, except for money received from the federal government.

- Radon: means any of the gaseous radioactive decay products of uranium or thorium. See Montana Code 75-3-602
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
(2)Funds in the account are allocated to the department for the purpose of funding the costs of implementing and operating the program established under this part.
