81-9-304. Power of department to revoke license of rendering plant. A license to operate a rendering or disposal plant may be revoked at any time by the department when it determines that a person to whom the license is issued has failed to comply with any statute of this state or rules or orders of the department and on hearing before the department, after 10 days’ written notice. Service and filing of a notice of appeal to a district court stays execution of the order.
