82-4-404. Exemption — operations covered by metal mine reclamation. Nothing in this part may be construed to be applicable to mining or exploration operations which are regulated under the provisions of part 3 of this chapter.
Terms Used In Montana Code 82-4-404
- Reclamation: means the reconditioning of affected land to make the area suitable for productive use, including but not limited to forestry, agriculture, grazing, wildlife, recreation, or residential or industrial development. See Montana Code 82-4-403
