85-7-1914. Board to file annual report. The board of commissioners shall annually file with the county clerk and recorder of the county in which the district is located, within 10 days after March 1 of each year, a sworn report showing the assets and liabilities of the district, the amount of money received during the preceding year, and the amount spent during that time and shall publish the report at least once in a newspaper of the county.
