87-6-917. Privileges of juveniles. A mandatory forfeiture of privileges imposed pursuant to this chapter does not apply to juveniles. However, the court may, at its discretion, order forfeiture of a juvenile’s current hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses issued by this state and the juvenile’s privilege to hunt, fish, or trap in this state upon conviction or forfeiture of bond or bail for a violation of this title.

- Bail: Security given for the release of a criminal defendant or witness from legal custody (usually in the form of money) to secure his/her appearance on the day and time appointed.
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
