90-5-111. Powers cumulative. Neither this part nor anything herein contained shall be construed as a restriction or limitation upon any powers which a municipality or county might otherwise have under any laws of this state but shall be construed as cumulative.
Terms Used In Montana Code 90-5-111
- Municipality: means any incorporated city or town in the state. See Montana Code 90-5-101
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
