- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Montana Code 1-1-205
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- Utilization review: has the meaning provided in 33-32-102. See Montana Code 33-33-103
- Utilization review organization: means an entity that provides utilization review services. See Montana Code 33-33-103
