Terms Used In Montana Code > Title 39 > Chapter 30 > Part 1 - General Provisions

  • Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
  • Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
