Council: means the Montana public safety officer standards and training council provided for in 2-15-2029. See Montana Code 7-31-201
Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
Public safety communications officer: means a person who receives requests for emergency services, as defined in 10-4-101, dispatches the appropriate emergency service units, and is certified under 7-31-203. See Montana Code 7-31-201
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
United States: includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
