Paid firefighter: means a firefighter qualified under 7-33-4107 who receives full or partial pay. See Montana Code 7-33-1901
Property: means real and personal property. See Montana Code 1-1-205
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
Volunteer firefighter: has the meaning provided in 19-17-102. See Montana Code 7-33-1901
