(1) The board of directors shall meet at least annually and may hold meetings in or outside this state.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 21-2963
- Organization: means a limited cooperative association, limited cooperative association governed by a law other than the Nebraska Limited Cooperative Association Act, a general partnership, a limited liability partnership, a limited partnership, a limited liability company, a business trust, a corporation, a cooperative, or any other person having a governing statute. - State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
(2) Unless otherwise provided in the articles of organization or bylaws, the board of directors may permit directors to attend board meetings or conduct board meetings through the use of any means of communication, if all directors attending the meeting can communicate with each other during the meeting.
