No person shall operate or give permission for the operation of a vessel which is not equipped as required by the State Boat Act.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 37-1248
- Operate: shall mean to navigate or otherwise use a motorboat or vessel. See Nebraska Statutes 37-1208
- Person: shall mean an individual, partnership, limited liability company, firm, corporation, association, or other entity. See Nebraska Statutes 37-1207
- State: when applied to different states of the United States shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories organized by Congress. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Vessel: shall mean every description of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water. See Nebraska Statutes 37-1203
