Nebraska Statutes 37-12,110. Violations; penalty

Any person violating sections 37-1299 to 37-12,106 shall be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor.

Under the Nebraska Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Person: shall mean an individual, partnership, limited liability company, firm, corporation, association, or other entity. See Nebraska Statutes 37-1207
