The license of a mobile massage therapy establishment that has been revoked or expired for any reason shall not be reinstated. An original application for licensure shall be submitted and approved before such establishment may reopen for business.

- Massage therapy: means a health care service involving the physical, mechanical, or electrical manipulation of soft tissue for therapeutic purposes or to enhance wellness and may include the use of oil, salt glows, heat lamps, and hydrotherapy. See Nebraska Statutes 38-1706
