Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a trainee may perform medical services when he or she renders such services within the scope of an approved program.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 38-2048
- Approved program: means a program for the education of physician assistants which is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant or its predecessor or successor agency and which the board formally approves. See Nebraska Statutes 38-2008
- Trainee: means any person who is currently enrolled in an approved program. See Nebraska Statutes 38-2020
