The director may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations and issue orders to carry out the Mutual Insurance Holding Company Act.

Company: shall include any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint-stock company, joint venture, or association. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
Director: shall mean the Director of Insurance. See Nebraska Statutes 44-103
