In an action under the Minor Alcoholic Liquor Liability Act, damages may be awarded for all actual damages, including damages for wrongful death, as in other tort actions.

- Action: shall include any proceeding in any court of this state. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
