Any person, firm or corporation, their employees, agents or servants, who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 70-407 and 70-408 shall be guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
