A licensed rural emergency hospital may enter into any contracts required to be eligible for federal reimbursement as a rural emergency hospital.
Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes 71-478
- Hospital: includes a facility or part of a facility which provides space for a general acute hospital, a rehabilitation hospital, a long-term care hospital, a critical access hospital, or a psychiatric or mental hospital. See Nebraska Statutes 71-419
- Rural emergency hospital: means a facility that:
(1) Meets the eligibility requirements described in section Nebraska Statutes 71-428.01
