Terms Used In Nebraska Statutes > Assisted-Living Facility Act

  • Action: shall include any proceeding in any court of this state. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801
  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
