  • Action: shall include any proceeding in any court of this state. See Nebraska Statutes 49-801

  • Consulting geologist: means a professional geologist whose principal occupation is the independent practice of geology. See Nebraska Statutes 81-3505

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
