Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, ‘gender identity or expression’ and any variation of that term means a gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior of a person, regardless of the person’s assigned sex at birth.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
