To qualify as a certified appraiser, a person must possess a professional certification as an appraiser issued by:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The National Society of Appraiser Specialists, including, without limitation, a Board Certified Manufactured Housing Valuation designation; or
2. Any other organization approved by the Division.
