An order settling and allowing an account, when it becomes final, is conclusive against all interested persons, but a person under legal disability has the right to move for cause to reopen and examine the account, or to proceed by action against the personal representative or his or her sureties at any time before final distribution, and in any such action, the order is prima facie evidence of the correctness of the account.
