The court may require a person appointed as trustee, before acting as a trustee, to give a bond as is required of a personal representative. If a bond is required, the trustee must be allowed the cost of the bond out of the trust estate.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 153.120
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
