As in civil cases, the Attorney General, in behalf of the State, and any party who has appeared in any proceedings mentioned in NRS 154.060, has the right to appeal from any judgment rendered in the proceedings.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
