The periods of limitation prescribed in NRS 11.260 apply to all actions:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 159.1505
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
1. For the recovery of real property sold by a guardian in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; and
2. To set aside a sale of real property.
