A guardian of the estate is not personally liable on any written or oral contract entered into for or on behalf of the protected minor where the guardian is acting within his or her authority as such guardian. Any action, suit or proceeding on any such contract must be brought against the guardian in his or her fiduciary capacity only, and any judgment or decree obtained in such action, suit or proceeding must be satisfied only from property of the protected minor.
