Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 165.1201 to 165.148, inclusive, any beneficiary may waive the right to receive an account from a trustee by delivering to the trustee a waiver signed by the beneficiary. The waiver may be a limited waiver as to the form of the account, of the right to seek a hearing on the account, or of the right to receive notice of a hearing on the account. Such waiver is applicable to the beneficiary and any other beneficiaries who are represented by the waiving beneficiary pursuant to NRS 164.038 or by order of the court.

- Account: means a report of the financial condition of the trust estate prepared by a trustee which:
(1) Must include the information set forth in Nevada Revised Statutes 165.020
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
- Trustee: includes a nontestamentary trustee, a testamentary trustee and a corporate trustee, as well as a natural person. See Nevada Revised Statutes 165.020
