Whenever an oath or affirmation is required of a trustee under this chapter, it may be made in the case of a corporate trustee by an officer of such corporate trustee, and in the case of cotrustees acting jointly by any one of the cotrustees.

- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
- Trustee: includes a nontestamentary trustee, a testamentary trustee and a corporate trustee, as well as a natural person. See Nevada Revised Statutes 165.020
