- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Notifies any person who is the subject of the investigation about the existence of the investigation; or
2. Discloses to any such person any information obtained in the course of the investigation, is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
