If a violation of NRS 201.300 or 201.301 is committed by a person who is:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Less than 18 years of age at the time of the commission of the violation;
2. Prosecuted in a criminal proceeding as an adult; and
3. A victim of sex trafficking or facilitating sex trafficking, there is a rebuttable presumption that the person who committed the violation acted under duress.
