Except as otherwise provided in chapters 104 to 104C, inclusive, of NRS, a bailee, or any officer, agent or servant of a bailee, who issues or aids in issuing a duplicate or additional negotiable document of title, knowing that a former negotiable document for the same goods or any part of them is outstanding and uncancelled, shall be punished:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
1. Where the value of the goods purported to be covered by the document of title is $1,200 or more, for a category D felony as provided in NRS 193.130. In addition to any other penalty, the court shall order the person to pay restitution.
2. Where the value is less than $1,200, for a misdemeanor.
