1. The Director of the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology may:

- Bequest: Property gifted by will.
- Devise: To gift property by will.
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
(a) Accept any gift, donation, bequest or devise; and
(b) Apply for and accept any grant, loan or other source of money, to assist the Director in carrying out his or her duties.
2. The Director may serve as a member of the Nevada Technology Council.
