Churchill County, with its western boundary fixed on the line of longitude 41‘40‘ west, as established by DeGroot’s map of Nevada Territory, published in 1863, and with its other boundaries as established by law, is organized into a distinct county, with all the rights, privileges and immunities thereunto belonging.
