The county fair and recreation board shall not, as a condition precedent to the use of any recreational facility by any person, firm or corporation, demand or receive any free tickets, passes or other items authorizing admission without payment to any event, display, gathering, sporting event, convention or the like held or conducted in the recreational facility under the control of the board.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Precedent: A court decision in an earlier case with facts and law similar to a dispute currently before a court. Precedent will ordinarily govern the decision of a later similar case, unless a party can show that it was wrongly decided or that it differed in some significant way.
