No person shall make any false statement, certificate, mark, rating or report with regard to any examination, certification or appointment made under any provision of this chapter, or in any manner commit or attempt to commit any fraud preventing the impartial execution of this chapter and the rules and regulations.

- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
