In the time and manner prescribed by the Supreme Court, the Chief Judge of the judicial district or, if the district has no Chief Judge, a district judge designated by mutual consent of the district judges of that district, shall submit to the Court Administrator a report of the statistical information required pursuant to the uniform system for collecting and compiling statistical information regarding the State Court System which is prescribed by the Supreme Court.
