1. At all times the maintenance of the Capitol Building is under the supervision of the Administrator, and it must be kept clean, orderly and presentable as befitting public property.

The former Assembly, Senate and Supreme Court chambers on the second floor of the Capitol Building are under the management of the Museum Director of the Nevada State Museum for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a Government Museum. The remainder of the second floor of the Capitol Building is under the management of the Administrator.
