The Administrator, as executive head of the Purchasing Division:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 333.130
- Administrator: means the Administrator of the Purchasing Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
- Purchasing Division: means the Purchasing Division of the Department of Administration. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
1. Shall direct and supervise all its administrative and technical activities.
2. May adopt regulations necessary for the administration of this chapter.
