The Administrator shall adopt regulations specifying the forms of security which may be submitted with a notice of appeal filed pursuant of NRS 333.370.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 333.372
- Administrator: means the Administrator of the Purchasing Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
