The following terms, defined for all purposes of the State Securities Law and of any act amendatory thereof, supplemental thereto, or relating thereto, and of any instrument or document appertaining thereto, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings ascribed to them in NRS 349.156 to 349.210, inclusive.
