Every license issued under this chapter shall set forth:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 369.210
- liquor: means beer, wine, gin, whiskey, cordials, ethyl alcohol or rum, and every liquid containing one-half of 1 percent or more of alcohol by volume and which is used for beverage purposes. See Nevada Revised Statutes 369.040
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- to sell: means and includes any of the following:
1. The name of the person to whom it is issued.
2. The location, by street and number, of the premises for which the license is issued.
3. The particular class of liquor or liquors that the licensee is authorized to sell.
