A supplier who ships wine into this state pursuant to paragraph (c) of subsection 2 of NRS 369.490 shall preserve for inspection and audit by the Department and its agents, for a period of 4 years, all invoices and lists of liquors shipped to a location in this state, specifying the:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- supplier: means , with respect to liquor which is brewed, distilled, fermented, manufactured, rectified, produced or bottled:
- wine: means any alcoholic beverage obtained by the fermentation of the natural content of fruits or other agricultural products containing sugar. See Nevada Revised Statutes 369.140
1. Kind and quantity of wine shipped in each order.
2. Name of the person to whom the wine was shipped.
3. Place to which each order was shipped and the date of shipping.
