Each trustee shall:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 386.300
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
1. Take and subscribe to the official oath.
2. File with the Superintendent of Public Instruction a copy of his or her official oath together with a statement showing the term for which the trustee has been elected or appointed.
