1.  The primary focus of that scheduled professional development must be to improve the achievement of the pupils enrolled in the school district, as set forth in the plan to improve the achievement of pupils prepared pursuant to NRS 385A.650.

2.  The scheduled professional development must be structured so that teachers attend professional development that is designed for the specific subject areas or grades taught by those teachers.
