‘Dependent child’ means any person, who is not otherwise emancipated, self-supporting or a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, who is:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Under the age of 18 years; or
2. Under 19 years of age and who is a student in high school.
