To secure accuracy, uniformity and completeness in statistics and information, the Division, in consultation with each agency which provides child welfare services, may prescribe forms of reports and records to be kept by an agency which provides child welfare services and all persons subject to supervision by the Division or investigation pursuant to NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 432.033
- Agency which provides child welfare services: has the meaning ascribed to it in Nevada Revised Statutes 432.010
- Child: means a person who is less than 18 years of age or who remains under the jurisdiction of a court pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 432.010
- Division: means the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 432.010
