1. A person who operates a program that primarily functions as a seasonal or temporary recreation program shall maintain records containing pertinent information regarding each staff member of the program.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. The distribution of any information maintained pursuant to this section is subject to the limitations set forth in NRS 239.0105.
